Long-Awaited Blogroll Update

If you don't know, I've been really sick -- for like 6 months. It all started with a bad salad, and it just went downhill from there. And then we moved to another state!

So all to say... I may be a little behind again. I'll check our comments.

But also wanted to say... I am looking at some changes that will improve our blogroll into something more valuable and usable. So stay tuned!

Catching Up...

Okay... I just went through all the links in our current blogroll. I've updated the links for those who've moved their blog, and I've deleted links to those who've closed their blog. I also removed those with a sign-in lock on them. The best way to see those blogs is to visit the blogring at Xanga. So, I'm halfway there. The next chance I get, I'll add those to the blogroll who've requested it.

I'm Behind

I'm behind on getting the blogroll updated. I have received some new links and also some changes. Please just be patient and I'll get them added/updated as soon as I get some free time! :-)

Anncmt & Policy Change -- Opening up the Blogroll

Okay, I have a tough time saying "no" to anyone, lol. If any pw or mw wants to join our blogroll, they are welcome to. I'll come up with a different solution for members of our message board. However, you'll need to add our blogroll code to your blog, so please leave me an e-mail so I can send it to you.

My profuse apologies for the delay! Our computer croaked last month and getting it fixed has been an ordeal, and then catching up has been another. If you're not added, it was simply an oversight; so please send me another message if you don't see your blog.

Thoughts on this Blogroll

In response to requests to join our blogroll: We don't really publicize ours too much outside of our message boards because it's really just for people who are at the pastorswives.org message boards to keep up with each other in the blogworld. It's more of a member tool than a way to promote our blogs. However, have you seen the League of Pastors' Wives blogroll? It's for all pastors' wives and is a good tool for promoting your blog. Does that seem exclusive? I'm not meaning to be. I just didn't want to feel like I was competing with Nan's League Of PW's. I thought it was a great idea and thought we'd just help her promote that blogroll instead of duplicating her efforts.

But.. as always, I'm open to feedback! :)
